Welcome to Valley View! Home to Big Red, the friendly cardinal, and approximately 500 of his favorite kindergarten through fifth grade peeps.

Valley View Elementary is one of six elementary schools within the prestigious Eanes Independent School District, situated a mere few minutes away from the heart of Austin. Eanes ISD has gained renown for its outstanding student accomplishments across academics, fine arts, athletics, and beyond. Accompanied by amazing educators and bolstered by strong community and parental backing, it forges the epitome of quality in public education.

Students at Valley View are part of a fully inclusive culture where diversity is celebrated and all children and adults are viewed as unique individuals with great value and a grand purpose to passionately pursue and discover. Learning is at the heart of our mission, with academic learning representing one part of the W.H.E.E.L. to a balanced education. Technology is viewed as a tool or pathway to support and enhance collaboration, expand exploration and customize learning for all students. Huge emphasis is placed on social, emotional competencies (SEL) as the foundation for positive citizenship and meaningful relationships. Child-centered and family-friendly are words that are often used when describing Valley View. 

We take immense pride in and are eternally grateful for our partnership with our parent community. At Valley View, an actively involved and highly supportive parent Booster Club thrives with gracious contributions from parents just like you. Our Eanes Education Foundation provides the funding for extra staff, while our Booster Club supports our teachers and students with the experiences and stuff to help our students succeed.
